PREMIER'S REPLY TO MR, WILSON. Immediately after the formation of lilt) Meat Producers' Association, early in. March, the chairman. (Mr.- J. G. Wilson) wrote to th.o Primo Minister, informing him of tho fact, and of the objects of tho association, and asking him, while in London, to tiiko certain steps which'.would assist those objects. The contents, of Mr. 'Wilson's letter were published in The Dominion this (reek; ; .In a letter dated' March 29, Sir 'Joseph Ward has replied as follows: — "I am in receipt of your letter of March 2, informing me of the formation of an association of .producers for ; the purpose of improving tne condition's (under which New Zealand produce is received and distributed in Great Britain. i •, "I, desire to reply that I have notpd ,the .contents of your communication iwitjh interest, and shall bo glad to assist . the association in the direction you indicate, or. any other way possible. . "I extend to you my cordial thanks for your • good wishes for a successful mission to England."
