A r LOAN BILL* By Telegraph—Press-Association—Oopyrieht Cape Town, March. 29. A Floating Debt and Public .Works Bill' has been introduced ill tho Union Parliament'. Tho measure authorises loans not exceeding .£19,100,000 to provido for tho redemption of the floating debts of Capo Colony, Natal, and Orango River Colony, amounting to ,£9,700,000. Tho Bill also provides that surplus revenues at the dato of union shall, be devoted to tho States' debt redemption. REGULATION OF MINES. Cape Town, March 29. In tho Union Senate tho Mines Regulations Bill was read a third time.
