EXIT DOORS LOCKED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht New York, March 29. The shirt factory at Washington Place, the scene of the recent fire in which 1-12 girls perished, appears to have been a thorough death-trap. It now transpires that the doors to tho elevators and stairways were locked at the time of the starting of tho fire. This was responsible for the largo fatality list.
