INCENDIARIES IN BUENOS AYRES.
$ CUSTOMS BUILDINGS BURNT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Buenos Ayres, March 27. Fires broke out in the remaining Customhouses in the city,' but were suppressed. A few days ago a Customhouse building, containing much merchandise, was destroyed, the damage being estimated at ,£500,000. There is evidence that a determined attempt is being made by incendiaries to destroy tho buildings.
