CRUISERS ON TRADE ROUTES.
COMPLAINT FROM THE CAPE. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright Capo Town, March 23. The "Caps Times," commenting on the assurance recently given in tho House of Commons by Mr. M'Kenna, First Lord of tho Admiralty, that there were enough British cruisers to protect tho trade routes, complains of the remarkable fewness of cruisers oil the Capo routo—too few if protection were urgently required.
