ESPIONAGE IN GERMANY.
THE ARRESTED ENGLISHMAN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, March 22. With regard to the arrests of several persons, including an Englishman, on charges of espionage at Hamburg, the newspaper "Lokal Anzeiger" says the Englishman has maintained that h«> is a business man. The "Tageblatt" says there is no proof that he is a naval officer.
