— ♦ PRESENTATION TO THE KING. By Telegraph—Press Associatton-Oopyrlsht London, March 21. A deputation from various Churcltes, headed by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr. Davidson, has presented King George with an address and a Bible on the occasion of the tercentenary of the Authorised Version of the Bible. King George, in. replying, expressed his pleasuro that the tercentenary was to be celebrated. Tho labours of the translators deserved lasting honour. For three centuries the multiplyins millions of English-speaking people had turned in need to the Authorised Vcrsion. Ho hoped his subjects would increase and cherish their noble inheritanco,
