Heplying to the attack on Earl Grey, the Governor-General of Canada, for his alleged connection with the Overseas Club, the officials of the club deny that Earl Grey aided in its organisation.. He merely expressed synipathy with it. Both Cabinet members and Opposition members have, it is pointed out, joined the club, which is non-political in its scope. ■
