CASE AGAIN BEFORE COURT. ADVANCED ANOTHER STAG& . PRESS CONDEMNATION OF SECRET SITTINGS. The interest which is being taken in the secretly-heard case nt the Supreme Court was indicated yesterday morning by the presence of five, reporters in the Court buildings'at the hour when it was understood that the matter would be again before the Chief Justice. The proceedings, which were brief, were again in camera, and information of any kind was refused to the press. We are, however, able to state that provided certain •' security is lodged, the next, that will be '.heard "of the case will probably be in .public at the sittings of tho Court of 'Appeal early in April. Failing security ia more rapid development towards publicity may be looked for within the next ,'fcwenty-four' hours.
