RECHABITE CONFERENCE.
YESTERDAY'S BUSINESS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyriehl Melbourne, March 21. The Rechabite Conference has resolvet that, in order to promote full fraterna unity, the establishment of a Rechabiti Federal Council or a Movable Conforeno for Australia and New Zealand is desir nble. The conference has also recommende't the consolidation of the sick funds. It was decided, in view of the arrival o largo numbers of British licchatiite im migrants, that an endeavour should bi made to secure the necessary alteration o the laws to provide for the clearance n oversea' immigrants in Australia and Nen Zealand.
