MEETING YESTERDAY. (By Telegraph-Special. Correspondent.! Palmcrston, March 20. A representative mceliiu; of the Now Zealand Sheep-Owners'- .Federation was held here (his afternoon and evening, Mr. H. 1). Aekl.md (president) being in the chair. Representatives from all over the .Dominion wore also present. The principal busine.-s before the meeting was the framing of conditions of an award, as directed by the President of Ihe Arbitration Court.
