Redmond, Leader of the Nationalist party, in an article in "Reynold's Newspaper," cites the granting of autonomy" to Alsace-Lorraine by Germany,, and. .also, .the. existence of, Germany's 25, autonomous States, and adds: "Our own colonial experience, especially tho latest instance of South Africa,' has convinced me that the time is near when the successful working of Home Rule for Ireland will be taken as a matter of. course."
