An outcome of the famous Osborne judgment is that a perpetual injunction has been made restraining the Illawarra Colliery Employees' Association from joining the Coal and Shalo Workers' Association of Australia. The caso is the outcome of a proposal that tho Illawarra Association should subscribo funds to tho other association.
