TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tub Dominion.) MONDAY. Stewed neck of mutton and tomatoes. Potatoes. Cauliflower. Angels' Food. Stewed fruit. ANGELS' FOOD. " Two ounces gelatine, 1 quart of milk, 3 eggs, i cup of sugar, 1 lemon, flavouring. Soak the gelatine in a third of the milk until soft; boil the rest of the milk, add the gelatine, sugar, and boil; stir in the yolks of the eggs, taking care it. dees not curdle; pour into a bowl; add the juice of the large lemon; stir occasionally until cool, and beginning- to-set; then stir in the whites of the eggs, beaten, to a stiff froth, and 1 teaspoonful of vanilla .flavouring. Pour into a mould, and when set turn out and serve. FOR TO-MORROW. 21b, steak. 2 dozen oysters. Suet. Turnips Bananas. Batter. Treacle., ,
