Warm and hazy weather has been reported everywhere to-day and fogs on the East Coast of the South Island. Rain fell on Thursday night on the West Coast and in scattered places. The barometer is now falling slowly everywhere and moderate to strong northerly winds prevail.- Present indications are for warm and more humid conditions, haze, and increasing cloudiness, especially in the southern districts. Moderate to strong northerly winds will nro- i bably prevail and increase in and south- T , ward of Cook Strait.
