CYCLONE AT CAIRNS.
MANY BUILDINGS DESTROYED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. March 18, 1.5 a.m.) Brisbane, March 17. A terrific cyclone is reported from Cairns. Tho telegraph wires aro down, and many buildings liavo been destroyed. Others have had their roofs and verandahs bodily removed. Tho damage is estimated at over £10,000.
