6 —_ HEAVY DEATH-ROLL. By Telegraply-Press Association—Copyright Thursday Island, March 17. Eastern files show that Peking official reports stato that 19,000,000 [sic] persons have died from plague in Manchuria, but that the disease is now completely suppressed in Southern Manchuria and Harbin. The total population of Manchuria, according to the latest Chinese estimates, is 10,000,000.
