INTIMATION FROM HECTOR 'BURK. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) Dunedin, March 16. Hector Burk, who was chosen to represent Otago in the half-mile and miln events at. the New Zealand Amateur Championship Meeting, has decided not to compete, being of opinion that ho is not fit enough.
