~0 ; IMPERIAL COUNCIL RECOMMENDED. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyriirht-(Rec. March 16, 10.21 p.m.) • London, March 16. The Chamber of Commerce Congress has urged the Government to favourably consider the reciprocal proposals at the Imperial Conference. It unanimously recommends the appointment of a Royal Commission. to inquire - into the whole fiscal question. Another recommendation is for the establishment of an Imperial Council of Commerce. It is finally announced that tho Congress of the Chambers of Commerco of the' Empire will meet in London in 1912.
