GAOL-BREAKING AT VERA CRUZ.

« PRISONERS KILL TUEIR GUARDS. (By Tclecraph-Frese Association Copjiieht) New York, March 14. Forty prisoners killed their guards and escaped from gaol at Vera Cruz, the principal seaport town of Mexico. They were pursued by the police, and a running fight took place in tho streets. One of the convicts was captured and one killed. The rest escaped to tlio woods, and have not yet been caught. . One policeman lost his life, and three were wounded.
