SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Warm and hazy weather has prevailed with moderate to strong northerly winds. The barometer has fallen everywhere, but. very slowly. A storm area .appears to be developing on the ocean between Australia and Now Zealand. Present indications are for a falling haromctcr everywhere, warm and hazy weather, with increasing cloudiness preceding rain i:; all part= of the country.
