FEDERAL MINISTER'S VIEWS. By Tolc-nrauh—Press AssocittUon-Cooyrlrtt Melbourne, March 14. The Federal Minister for Trade and Customs, Mr. Tudor, is not disposed to agree that there should bo Free-trade between Australia and New Zealand without giving the subject further consideration.
He points out that New Zealand killed the last effort to secure reciprocity. If the Dominion desired to reopen negotiations, tho Government would give the matter favourable attention.
