He was rendered unconscious, and remained in the open all night. He was taken to the hospital suffering from concussion of the brain. FOUND DROWNED. . ~-' ::''t.::. Timaru.March 13. At the inquest on Charles Thomas Clements, whoso body was found on the rocks yesterday morning, an open , verdict was returned. .The evidence showed that deceased had been worried over business matters, quite unnecessarily. INQUEST AT UPPER HUTT. The Coroner (Dr. A. M'Arthur, S.M.) concluded an inquest at the Upper Hutt yesterday, concerning the death of an elderly single woman, named Alice Mary Colpithes, who was found dead,in bed last Friday week. Medical cviilenco was given to the effect that death was caused by heaTt failure, and a verdict was returned accordingly.
