Thomson, S.M., gave hie reserved judgment in the case in which the Borough Council was charged with a breach of the Factories Act in uot registering the Opera House as a factory because electricity was generated there for picture shows, etc. ■ ' The magistrate convicted the council, and imposed a iino of Is. and costs.
