Bedford, a labourer, who a, few days since, surrendered to the polico as the self-confessed murderer of a man named Harry Martin at tho Cafe Royal, London, on December 5, 1891, has beon investigated, and found not to agree with tho facts concerning the crime.; Ho has therefore been released from custody.
