MISSIONS TO SEAMEN.
There.was a largo attendance at th« Missions to Seamen Institute last evening, when the weekly ambulance meeting was helil. Mr. James Moore, the missiouer, gave several demonstrations showing the methods of bainlnßinp a broken jaw, fractured linger, a burned face, and vavions other accidents. Ho also Rave useful hints in connection with health matters. Competitions relating to ambulance work were held, and won by sailors I'roin shirts in port. A bright musical programme was 'provided by Airs. Webb, tho ftillowins contributing ilwns:~Misies Webb (2), Messrs. Grix, lllingworth, and Holland (It.M.S. Wiiiwera). The performers wero accorded a hearty vote ol' thanks.
