In the House of Commons, the Prime Minister, in reply to a question by Mr. Field, member for St- Patrick's, Dublin, said that, in view of the number of subjects on the agenda-paper and the limited time available, ho was unable to recommend the Imperial Couferenco to discuss the question of co-operation with regard to legislative prohibition of gambling in "options" and futures."
