HASKINS TO TRAIN IN PHILADELPHIA. Haskins was under Murphy's care when, he did his best time in America, and fully anticipates that he will be able to get into his best form again under his olii trainer. ■'» Malcolm Champion, the swimming representative, will leave for London by the AVhite Star liner Corinthic, timed to sail from Wellington on March, 23. ■
