Someching new in aeroplanes has been invented by a Japanese nobleman named Baron Iga. The inventor has taken tho dragon-fly as his model, and has constructed two sets of wings, which can bo mado to flap at the will of the operator. It is claimed that this arrangement will enable tho aeroplane to maintain its position in the air without moving.
Sir Francis C. B. Bridgeman will succeed to the command of tho Home Fleet, when Admiral May's term expires. Prince Louis of Battenberg Will succeed :to the command of the Third and Fourth Divisions of tho Home Fleet,
