Mr. R. M'Nab moved a motion affirming the necessity for tho closest union of the Empire, and congratulated Mr. Malcolm oil his campaign. He spoko of some of the dangers fo bo avoided. Tho motion was carrjod unanimously. Mr. 13uick, M.P., in moving a vote of thanks, also supported Mr. Malcolm's ideals.. . • .
