Two ounces butter, 2oz. flour, 1 pint of milk, Goz. cheese, Jib. macaroni. Cayenne and salt, and made mustard, to taste. Butter a pie-di3h, break tho macaroni into pieces about 1 inch long, put. them into boiling salted water, and boil for about 1 hour, grate the' cheese, melt .the butter in 'a saucepan, stir in the flour, add the milk, stir until it boils, and boil for 3min. Season to taste. Put tho macaroni, sauce, and cheese in layers in a pie-dish, the top. layer must be cheese,.-and cook in a moderate oven for about jjhr. Servo very hot. FOR SATURDAY. Two .■ Pounds Veal 'Cutlets. Bacon. Marrow. Apples. Suet. * . ■ FOR SUNDAY. Two Pounds Tomatoes, Stock. Sirloin of Beef.: Teaches. Cabbage. FOR SUPPER. One Rabbit. ' Pastry, Salad. Isinglass. ■ Fruit.
