Judgment was given to-day in the injuiry into tho stranding ol" the scow Ziogara at Karamca on January 13. the Court being of opinion that the stranding, nnder the circumstances, was unavoidable, and no blame was attachable to anyone concerned, and, from first to last, all was done which could reasonably have been expected from the parties concerned.
