Di Jowett, who is shortly leaving to take a charge in Nov York, alluded to the King's parting words tv him:-"You go with the goodwill of your King and Queon." Mr. Ramsay MaeDonald, Leader of the Labour party, addressed the Congress on tho question of the unrest in tho industrial world, and declared that the only remedy was to make the mutual rights of individuals, and not economic power uio basis of industrial agreements. The Congress chcered a proposal that Free Church ministers should , narticipate m the Coronation.
