MR.T.E. TAYLOR'S ALLEGATIONS. Mr. T. E. Taylor's recent allegations in regard to shoddy boots being manufactured in New Zealand were briclly discussed at tho mooting of the Wellington Provincial Industrial .Association last evening. The secretary (Mr. H. P. Allen) quoted a statement by Mr. Brunskill which appeared in Tun Dominion, and also read a letter fr.im Mr. I!.
