ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
RUN OVER BYk CART. (By Telegraph.—Specidl Correspondent.'. Palmerston, March fi. 'A' man named Tuohy, an employee of the Gas Company, was -thrown from a cart to-day through the liorso swerving and bolting. The wheel of the cart, which was loaded with a ton of coke, passed over the man's leg, which was badly hurt, but fortunately was not fractured. PALL THROUGH A SKYLIGHT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Invercargill, March G. An unusual accident occurred here this morning, when a young man named Montague Clark, a wool-sorter, a recent arrival from Christchurch, walked in his sleep at the Carriers' Arms Hotel, and fell through a skylight, badly cutting himself, mostly about the scalp. Clark is now progressing satisfactorily at the hospital.
