22,030 DEATHS IN A WEEK. By Telegraph—Press Associatlon-Copyrisht (Rec. March C, 0.20 p.m.) London, March G. "The Times" reports that 22,278 deaths from plague occurred in India during the week ended February 11. Of these 11,116 were in the united provinces. There are indications that a grave epidemic is commencing.
