FORTY-FOURTH WEEK. ' There are only four more weeks of the Papariui egg-laying competition to go, and W. O. Sail's White Leghorns are 30 dear of tho nearest competitors. Sail has 1377 to his credit, Eangiuru is second with 1317, G.' 11. .Bradford third with 1339, and W. Knight fourth with 1330. The leading nen scircd 31 during the week. Tho "best total was 34 by the Rangiuru Leghorns. Kennedy's Wyandottcs improved their position by a score of 29. -Only 1053 eggs were laid during tho week. Tho total is now 60,85-1.
