TO-DAY'S DINNER.
(Specially written for Tnis Dominion.) MONDAY. Cold brisket of beef. Mushed potatoes. Trench beans. Salad. Marmalade pudding. MARMALADE PUDDING. >-ur ounces flour, two ounces sugar, four' ounces marmalade, three ounces siiet, five ounces breadcrumbs, one teaspoonful carbonato of soda. Milk. Shred tho suet, add the flour, sugar, breadcrumbs, and marmalade, and then the soda, dissolved in a little warm mi k; add a little more milk if required, ihis pudding should be rather stiff, or it will break when turned out. .Steam for three hours. Serve with sweet melted butter. FOR TO-MOIiROW. Loin of pork, apples, cabbage, sis pas-, sion friut.
