Ottawa, March 3. Troops have been called out at Springhill, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia, to suppress mining strike disorders. The strike, lias lasted twenty months. Tho strikers have wrecked houses and injured a, mine manager. The latter has Ijocn arrested on a charge, of inciting the riots.
STRIKE OF RAILWAY MEN. New York, March 3. A thousand drivers and helpers of the United States Express Company nro on strike.
