Stewart (one of the seamen) was also charged with assaulting Maurice Loos, but, (is the case arose out of the last, it ] was also remanded.

The allegations against the accused arc that they had a row with somebody up town, and, proceeding down to 'thoir lioat, they met Kemp, and had vented tneir ill-feelicgs on him.
