MUNICIPAL ENROLAIENT.

A NEW, FORM. . ■ A nen-'form of application, for enrolment on the municipal poll has been drawn up by tho Town Clerk (Mr. J. H. Palmer) and is now )>cing issued for tho uso of applicants. /The form that has been used hitherto is modelled on a specimen form contained in a.schedule embodied in -tho regulations under tho, Municipal Corporations Act. . It is ' left open /to locil Authorities, however, to issue another, form "to the like effect." The Town Clerk has taken of this provision to'issue a form that is very- much simpler and will be much more easily understood than its predecessor.
