Melbourne, February 25. At a meeting of tho Hctelkeepers' Association, ono of the- members strongly condemned tho counter-lunch. Undesirables, ho said, mauled the food; opiumsmokers, consumptives, oven lepers, might handle it. It mado boys thieves; nightly ho saw them, sneaking into hotels after counter-lunch.
