A STRANGE EXECUTION.
SHOCKING SCENE IN PRUSSIA. By Telecraph-Press Assoolallon-Oopyrlchi Berlin, February 21. A shocking sceno was witnessed at an execution at Insterberg, Eastern Prussia, of a servant girl named Mikowerl. Tho. headsman was dressed in a frock coat, .silk hat, and white gloves. When he removed the black cloth covering from the axe, his three assistants seized the condemned girl and endeavoured to place her head on tho block., Sho struggled until her clothes were torn off, and she was utterly exhausted. -
