Tho United Stateslnter-Stato Commission's refusal to an'increase in railway freights has greatly excited tho London stock market. All American railway companies' stocks havo dropped several points. Tho ,Union Pacific Company's fell fen points, but later recovered considerably.British railway stocks havo been similarly affected.
