Tiro pounds Weak, 1 onion, 1 teaspoonfill of Hour,' 1 dessertspoonful 't>l vinegar, 1 dessertspoonful of tomato sauco, 1 tcaspoonful of made mustard, a little pepper and salt, 1 teaspoonful of stock or water. ' , Fry or grill the steak, palco on a hot dish in the oven, cut tho onion in slices and fry in tho same pan the steak was fried in* dredgo in the Hour, then add tho vinegar, mustard, and tomato sauce, seasoning and stdck, stir.well and cook for 3 or 4 minutes, strain it, pour it over the steak and serve.'
