Oloudy and unsettled weather haa been experienced generally, and rain is reported in tho far north. Northerly and easterly winds have prevailed and increased in force, especially in tho northern districts. Present indications arc for northerly winds strong to heavy gale in tho far north and veering and increasing clscwhoro shortly. Heavy rain is probablo In tho northorn districts, with rivers rising in thoED parts. A storm area appears lo bo approaching from tho northward, and unsettled wcathor Is likely to extend over tho country, with rain following in many parts.
