FRENCH MOTION REJECTED. By Tfltecraph—Press Association—Copyrlelit (Rec. February 24, 9.50 p.m.) Paris, February 24. The Chamber of Deputies, by 352 votes to 189, rejected a motion inviting tho Government to initiate negotiations with a view to disarmament.
