Following a voto in tho Manitoba Legislature opposing reciprocity, and demanding Imperial preference, tho whole Houso roso and sang tho National Anthem. DID MR. BRYCE ASSIST? (Rcc.'February 25,'0:15 a.m.) - ' Ottawa, February 24.' The debate on tho reciprocity agreement is being continued in tho House of Commons. It has been pointed out that tho British Foreign Secretary, Sir Edward Grey, had stated , that Mr. Bryco, tho British Ambassador at Washington, was not instructed to participate in tho reciprocity negotiations. Nevertheless, tlio Canadian' Minister had cordially acknowledged tho Ambassador's help.
