The Chamber of Deputies is debating a Bill authorising the construction of . two additional Dreadnoughts of 23,500 tons each. ' ■ A scone of uproar was created by the Socialists shouting that national defence was merely a pretext to ransack the Budget and lay hands on the money it contained. The disturbance forced the adjournment of the debate. .
