Mr. Sinclair, one of the Scottish Agricultural Commissioners, who recently visited Australia,' was interviewed' on arrival at Plymouth. He spoke enthusiastically regarding' Australia's prospects. His opinion was that Australia was tho saddest' country ho had ever seen, having regard to the labour problems confronting tho Commonwealth. .He had never heard'bitterer expressions usod by employees to employers, and vice versa, than in Australia.
